• Participate in site evaluation and selection
• Develop, execute and analyze vendor requests for proposals
• Negotiate facility leases, hotel contracts and service contractor agreements
• Serve as a liaison with contractors and vendors
• Design overall event floor plan
• Recommend on-site decor and signage
• Manage tradeshow floor on-site

The NaylorCMG Operations and Logistics Team excels in the production of conventions and expositions at leading convention centers around the country. Our continued success is the result of emphasis placed on developing strong relationships with key managers of major convention centers, convention bureaus, hotels and service suppliers. From negotiations and pre-show planning to on-site logistics and post-show evaluations, we serve as a liaison with each service provider. NaylorCMG distinguishes itself from other show producers by refusing commissions from outside contractors. We work exclusively for sponsoring organizations.
